HOW THE NDC AT ADA CONSTITUENCY PERFORMED THEIR MAGIC

The NDC at ADA CONSTITUENCY has brought to light what led to their unprecedented stellar performance in the 2020 general elections. In an article authored by the Constituency's Research Officer, Mr. Theophilus Erskine, he has intimated that the Constituency's Executives under the Leadership of the Chairman, Mr Emmanuel Tetteh Kabu, mended all broken pieces and forged a strong front to realising the massive victory. This is to say that they've placed the party's interest high above any individual/personal sentiments.  Below is the article authored by the Constituency's Research Officer. 

"Hon. Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe, MP for Ada constituency, obtained 82.14% in the 2020 general election which is the highest vote percentage in the Greater Accra Region.

It is important to acknowledge the Teamwork behind the Glory. According to Andrew Carnegie, " Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organisational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results". 

Ada Constituency obtaining the highest vote percentage in the Greater Accra Region was made possible as a result of Teamwork. It is important to acknowledge the personalities behind the Glory.

Mr. Emmanuel Tetteh Kabu, the constituency chairman, played a major role in achieving this height. The constituency chairman brought together all the broken pieces and united both the constituency executives as well as the branch executives. Indeed J.K Rowling was right when he quoted in his book titled " Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" that "We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided".  

The executives were able to work together and their efforts were all geared towards a common purpose.  

With or without support or motivation from the Region or National, the constituency executives kept moving. The chairman ensured that everybody was on board despite your internal faction and also despite the fact that some people tried to penetrate through their selfish agenda. 

This 2020 election is one of the elections in the history of Ada Constituency that executives and individuals were able to lay down their individual interest or factions and fight for the interests of the NDC party. As the saying goes, "Party First". It is very much important that from henceforth each one of us despite your internal faction must always put the Great NDC Party first and always fight for the interest of the party.

It is also important to recognize all the 2020 campaign team members headed by Mr. Kenneth Kabu Kofi Kanor who openly campaigned against his wife, being the main contender. Mr. Kenneth Kabu, your example of understanding the principle of "Party First" is worth emulating and it's my prayer that future generations will learn from you. 

All the NDC Assembly members dubbed "Onaapo Group" also played a major role in achieving this success. 

Many thanks to all the branch executives, branch campaign team members, ward coordinators and most importantly the foot soldiers who also contributed their quota and sacrificed for the party.
