WAEC RELEASES 2020 BECE RESULTS


The West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) has released  provisional results for Candidates who sat for the 2020 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
According to the Council, the results will be dispatched to the various Schools through the Metropolitan/Municipal/District Education Directorates. Meanwhile, the results have been hosted online at www.waecgh.com for candidates who wish to access it at their own pace.

After a presidential order for schools to be closed over the Corona virus in March this year,BECE candidates were asked to return to school to prepare for this year's exam.
 
417 Students had their results cancelled on subject basis  for bringing foreign materials into the exam halls. 44 Students also had their entire results cancelled for bringing mobile phones into the examination hall.  About 997 Students had their results withheld over alleged examination malpractices.
